Submitting a form requests contact and property review. It does not create a purchase agreement, determine a property value, or guarantee an offer.

Written agreements govern a transaction

Proposed purchases depend on property review, due diligence, title requirements, and a written agreement. The signed purchase agreement governs price, closing costs, dates, contingencies, and other terms. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.

Costs, timing, and proceeds

Horizon does not charge an agent commission for a direct purchase. Covered closing costs are specified in the purchase agreement. Existing taxes, liens, and other obligations may affect proceeds. The actual timeline depends on the transaction.

Information and communications

Share accurate information to the best of your knowledge, and inquire only about property you own or are authorized to discuss. Submitting asks us to contact you about your inquiry.
